Presenting you all this year’s convention logo for “CIVITAS” CITY OF CITIZENS

Concept note:
The outline shape is a broken-down version of “The Location,” which declares that you have arrived at your destination. The small opening on the right side adds to the idea that everyone is welcome in the city and that makes it the city of citizens, which is reflected in our title, “CIVITAS”. A pattern of waves was placed on top of the logo to indicate that every citizen’s journey in the city is dynamic and at every turn there will be learning. If you closely observe, the vector in the middle spells out CIVITAS. The Color palette is Tetradic color scheme Blue, Black, Silver and White. Black signifies the land, Blue the sky, Silver the strength which lies in togetherness and White signifies harmony.
